Recruiting Begins Here.
Club Sports, AAU, and Travel Teams have become an incredibly expensive and time-consuming investment in your athlete’s future. For a fraction of the cost of a weekend tournament, PCAA can provide guidance to improve opportunities to play at the College level.
WHAT IS PCAA?
How it works
PCAA offers comprehensive guidance throughout the college athletics recruiting process. Expertise and counseling are provided during the recruiting journey to give student-athletes their best chance of gaining college coaches' interest and future offers. Athletics programs seek not only the best student-athletes but those who express a specific interest in being part of their team. Collegiate roster spots fill up quickly, so it is imperative to begin charting the individual pathway that will best position you for success at the next level. PCAA is interconnected and actively networking with collegiate coaches nationwide. Our understanding of the recruiting process and communication provides the foundation to guide families in determining the best fit for their student-athletes. There are opportunities to compete at the DI, DII, DIII, or club level in college and we can help you make these goals a reality.

Mission Statement
The mission of Pathway Collegiate Athletic Advisors is “to assist student-athletes in navigating and improving their opportunities to participate in intercollegiate athletics.” We guide student-athletes and their families throughout the entirety of the recruiting process to give the athletes the best chance to compete in their sport at the collegiate level. The recruiting process can be unfamiliar and nuanced, and our experience provides clarity on the path to college athletics at the DI, DII, DIII, or club level.
Student-athletes are often granted admissions favor, increasing their acceptance profile to highly desirable academic universities through athletics participation. Collegiate coaches have a say in the admissions process and can help kids get into their university. Having academic merit is necessary for admission to certain universities, but coaches can help guarantee that the athlete is accepted based on their athletic ability.
It is worth noting that on estimate, 95% of Fortune 500 CEOs played collegiate sports. It is proven that the life skills that one achieves as a student-athlete in college will serve one for the rest of their life. At PCAA we want to help exceptional young people take the steps to become not just leaders on the athletic field but leaders in our communities and world.

Remmington Minnis
Exeter Acadamy: 2025
“As someone who’s recently gone through the process of getting recruited, Jesse displayed exemplary knowledge of the step-by-step process of getting recruited. In moments when I’d have doubts or be confused, his empathetic nature along with his plethora of understanding allowed him to guide me and put my worries to rest.”
Cyrus Symmington
Harvard University 2026
“Coming from a state like Arizona with a weak water polo culture, playing in college seemed impossible. Jesse’s guidance throughout the recruitment process undoubtedly made that dream a reality.”
Baye Breene
Cate School: 2025
“I just finished my junior year in the recruiting hotbed. Jesse has emailed coaches, talked to them in person, and set up Zoom meetings on my behalf to speak to coaches about me as a player. Besides how you play, the most crucial part of the recruiting process is how you can communicate with coaches. Jesse has given me tips, helped me send out emails, and helped me with my discussion skills with college coaches.”
Having a coach takes the guesswork out of your personal development or recruiting goals.
